'Super Duper Awesome Day' is a joyful children’s album that transforms everyday routines like brushing teeth, potty time, and cleaning up into fun, musical moments for toddlers and their families. Written by award-winning children’s musician and former Montessori teacher Ashley Mills Monaghan, the album blends simplicity, catchiness, and intention to bring joy to daily life.
SUMMARY:
“Super Duper Awesome Day” is a series of songs to help your toddler with every day tasks. This 12 track album invites your child to learn and grow while encouraging independence throughout your toddlers day - all through song.
Play these fun and engaging songs for your little one throughout the day to help reinforce basic life skills independently like brushing teeth, taking a bath and going potty.
WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE AND THE INSPIRATION:
Each song is intentionally created to get your toddler through the day. The musical arrangement in 'Rise and Shine' "wakes" up as your child wakes up. 'Brushing Your Teeth' makes the task of brushing teeth fun by making it a fun 'freeze game' and timed at 1:50 which is the approximate amount of time your toddler should be brushing their teeth. 'Potty Time' has a take away section of the song where parents and children can sing along for their own potty dance as they celebrate their kiddos going potty. 'School Time' is an anthem with a positive self motivating mantra to get pumped for the school day. 'Taking Turns' is a duet to display taking turns. 'Count to 10 and ABCs' are simple, catchy melodies full of repetition. 'Goodnight' is a reprise of 'Rise and Shine' but is arranged slowly and sung like a lullaby to relax your child and encourage them to go to sleep. Each and every song on this album is thoughtfully crafted. The songwriter and all executive, creative and music producers are parents of young children and understand the every day tasks a toddler endures and all the learning that happens which was a driving force of inspiration.
